Training
Our training facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium with multigym equipment and freestanding weights. Additionally, we have a riverside ergo room with twelve Concept 2 Row Ergos. On the ground floor, we have a concrete rowing tank, which can accommodate eight oarspersons at a time.

Coxing
The cox is an essential member of most training and racing crews, responsible for steering the boat a safe and fast course. They are the sole voice in the boat, delivering assertive commands and motivating the rowers to perform at their best! Coxing offers individuals of all ages the chance to take on a meaningful team role and engage fully in the sporting action.
If you are over the age of 16 and believe you possess the qualities of a good cox, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience is beneficial, but anyone new to rowing can be given full training. The most important requirement is your reliability and commitment to crew training and racing. There are some physical restrictions simply because the cox seat in many racing boats is limited in size.
